Joseph Schwartz has served as President of The Focal Therapy Foundation board since 2014. He joined The Focal Therapy Foundation Board of Directors after his Dad received the focal therapy procedure and he saw the difference it made in his life.
No stranger to the health sector, Joe is the Administrative Director of Business Transformation for Franciscan Alliance, a 12-hospital health system in Indiana and Illinois. As co-author of the 2014 Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award-winning book, “Healthcare Kaizen: Engaging Front Line Staff in Sustainable Continuous Improvement” and a Krannert Scholar from Purdue University, Joe’s work in the healthcare industry combined with personal experiences, fuels his passion to help others.
His aim is to ensure availability of the focal therapy treatment; improve quality of life; and help to make the treatment affordable for those in need.
